At Moranda Hills School, we use Montessori-inspired methods to build strong foundational skills in Mathematics.

Our nursery pupils engaged in place value activity designed to help them understand numbers in a practical, hands-on way. Working independently, the children were able to identify, build, and represent numbers with confidence.

This approach encourages independence, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts from an early age.

Our Year 1 pupils engaged in a paper mat weaving activity designed to strengthen fine motor skills, concentration, and creativity. The children showed great focus and excitement as they carefully completed their individual mats.
