Job Title: Associate, Resolution Team
Location: Lagos {Full Time}
We are looking for a customer support Associate to handle calls from teachers, school leaders, and staff, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Attend and resolve incoming calls and complaints
-Log issues and follow up to ensure resolution
-Support schools and internal teams in fixing problems
-Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:
-Good communication & phone handling skills
-Fast and accurate typing (25 WPM+)
-Strong use of MS Word, Excel, Google tools
-Calm, polite, and solution-focused attitude
-Customer service experience is an advantage
