MTN needs to tell Nigerians their offence. They need to explain why their service delivery keeps getting worse everyday. The toad does not run in the daytime for nothing. Whoever have been at the helms of affair over the past few months must be a devil's advocate.

MTN data Subscription is like Putting water in a basket. The way they drain data now is faster than the speed of light. Like the child who not only stole the meat from the pot, but also licked the soup; MTN will drain your data and still frustrated you with their abysmal Network.

As if that is not enough, they will suddenly go offline without any reasonable explanation. Business deals are lost. Family bonds are broken. Just like the recalcitrant tse tse fly, they will appear without any reasonable explanation.

With the outrageous amount they charge for data and airtime, MTN has no business treating their customers the way they are doing.

I hope another Telecommunications network steps in and give them a ride for their money. This recklessness is majorly due to lack of proper competition in that field.

But nothing lasts forever.

After over two weeks of incarceration, Blord has regained his freedom. As earlier announced by his advocate Sowore and his rival VDM, he was finally granted bail today. The proceeding witnessed wide coverage from various news outlets.

However, the major highlight of today's event is the media brief granted by Sowore and VDM's lawyer, Marshal Abubarkar. While breifing newsmen, Marshal emphatically expressed gratitude to VeryDarkMan for his role in ensuring that the suspect regains his freedom. He went on to equivocally state that VDM was severally offended by BLord and seeking a redress in court is what every sensible and law abiding Nigerian will do. Interesting, Marshal revealed that the charges against Blord does not even include cyber bullying. 'When the wind blows, the a**s of the fowl will be revealed.'

Marshal's media chat has proven that the gang up against VDM in this issue was borne out of personal vendetta and past grudges. The several attempts by mischievous bunch of lie peddlers to twist the whole issue have now been exposed.

But will Blord learn? Or will his supporters push him to further problems? Only time will tell. But just as our elders say, 'He who presents his head for coconut cracking must understand that he might not partake in the eating'. If Blord decides to ride on the waves of propaganda, emotional and tribal sentiments to enlogate this fight, he should be ready for what comes next. I hope this time, nobody will shout oppression.

The major problem with Nigerians is emotional judgement. A typical Nigerian is quick to judge issues with sentiment. That is why it is easy to deceive them.

Sowore have been a very familiar face in Nigeria as far as activism is concerned. He has been ever present in the Internet space for a long time. Sowore witnessed the begining, progression and climax of VDM/Blord saga. Insults were traded. Images were shaded. Stunts were pulled. Everything was all cruise until Blord did the unthinkable; he toed the path of criminality. 'When the handshake exceeds the wrist, then it is a challenge to wrestle.' What followed was a lawsuit and prison remand. All these while, Sowore was silent.

Out of the blues, Sowore showed up with a tweet enmeshed in shades and accusations of oppression and hypocrisy. Our people say that he who must back his grandmother must have the courage to touch her buttocks. For you can only tell a blind man about the presence of the oil in the soup, not the salt. But just like a man pretending to be asleep, Sowore ignored the whole saga and delved straight to the court order.

But he who sleeps with an itchy a**s is sure to wake up with smelly fingers. You cannot beat a child and expect him not to cry. A leopard does not change its spots. The viper will always strike back when trampled. The protagonist did what he knows who to do best. VDM fought back. What happened afterwards was an information that the public would have ignored; questions that that his admirers would not have bothered to ask. Sowore is now slowly turning a villain.

One thing about fighting evil is that you may slowly become the evil you are fighting. A monkey that decides to attend the Lion's feast but sit very close to the tree. When an elderly man like Sowore decides to play with children, he must not complain when they drag his testicles.

We are yet to see where it all ends.

When you see all the hate and propaganda being directed at VDM, do not be surprised or confused. Those are the consequences of his bold strides and pragmatic approach to issues that others will likely shy away from.

'He who fetches ant-infested firewood, has invited the lizards to a feast'. VDM has stepped on many toes while fighting for people. As his victory grows, so does his enemies. Like vultures, his past foes have always found a way to insert themselves in a every new saga.

But this is a part he has chosen. Going back now is like death. He must stand firm for all those who believe in him. The chameleon does not change its walking steps even when the jungle is burning.

But like all the other battles before, he will come out on top and stronger.
