Food and Nutrition Practical Session 🍎
Learning extended beyond the classroom as students enthusiastically participated in a hands-on Food and Nutrition Practical, where knowledge, creativity, and culinary skills came together in an exciting learning experience. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳✨

During the practical session, students demonstrated their understanding of food preparation, kitchen safety, hygiene practices, and balanced nutrition by preparing a variety of nutritious and appetizing dishes. Their dedication, teamwork, and attention to detail were evident as they carefully measured ingredients, followed recipes, and presented their meals with confidence and creativity.

The exercise provided an excellent opportunity for students to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting, helping them develop essential life skills such as time management, problem-solving, cooperation, and healthy meal planning. 🍲🥗📚

Beyond the delicious meals prepared, the practical reinforced the importance of proper nutrition and healthy living, equipping students with valuable skills that will benefit them both in school and in everyday life.
