🚨 FREE WEBINAR FOR SCHOOL OWNERS, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS, AND SCHOOL LEADERS 🚨

Why do parents leave one school for another?

Most school leaders assume the answer is academics.

In reality, parents often leave schools for reasons that have little to do with examination results, curriculum, or facilities.

They leave because:

❌ Their concerns were not addressed promptly.

❌ Communication was inconsistent.

❌ They felt ignored or undervalued.

❌ Complaints were not handled professionally.

❌ Their overall experience with the school was disappointing.

The truth is that many schools lose families not because of poor teaching, but because of poor customer experience.

Join me for a free webinar where we will discuss the hidden reasons parents leave schools and, more importantly, what school leaders can do to prevent it.

⏳ 12 DAYS TO GO! ⏳

The Performance Management Training for School Leaders is almost here!

πŸ—“οΈ 30th & 31st May
πŸ’» Via Zoom

One of the biggest mistakes many schools make is evaluating staff performance based on emotions, assumptions, or occasional observations instead of a structured performance management system.

Every role in a school should have clearly defined performance parameters. A teacher should not be evaluated using the same standards as an admissions officer. A front desk officer should not be assessed with the same expectations as an administrator or accountant.

Each employee needs:
βœ… Clear expectations
βœ… Measurable performance indicators
βœ… Defined standards for accountability
βœ… A structured evaluation process
βœ… Regular feedback and improvement systems

This is why effective schools use role-specific evaluation templates and performance management frameworks to ensure that staff performance is assessed fairly, professionally, and strategically.

During this training, participants will learn how to:
βœ”οΈ Create performance parameters for different roles in a school
βœ”οΈ Develop practical evaluation templates
βœ”οΈ Measure staff performance objectively
βœ”οΈ Handle underperformance professionally
βœ”οΈ Build a culture of accountability and growth
βœ”οΈ Implement a proper performance management system in their schools

This training is for:
πŸ”Ή School Owners
πŸ”Ή School Administrators
πŸ”Ή Head Teachers
πŸ”Ή HR Personnel
πŸ”Ή Academic Coordinators
πŸ”Ή Proprietors and Management Teams

If you want to stop random staff evaluations and start managing performance strategically, this training is for you.

⏳ 15 DAYS TO GO! ⏳

In many schools, performance management is reduced to random observations, emotional feedback, or once-in-a-term staff evaluations that change nothing.

And because there is no proper system:

❌ Staff become unclear about expectations and key performance indicators KPIs
❌ Accountability becomes weak or is barely existent
❌ Underperformance continues unchecked, and so the employees get away with almost anything
❌ Hardworking staff become discouraged because there're no clear ways to differentiate between those who put in the best work and those who do barely enough
❌ School leaders become frustrated and overwhelmed and barely know what to do
❌ The same mistakes keep repeating themselves over and over again, until the big cracks begin to show to the staff, students and parents, leading to loss of students

The truth is this:
You cannot effectively manage staff performance without a PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

And I do not mean just random supervision.
Or those occasional warnings from the school management.
And definitely not emotional reactions when you notice things that are wrong.

I actually mean having A SYSTEM in place.

This is exactly why Pezu Smith Consulting is hosting the 5th Cohort of the:

✨ PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR SCHOOL LEADERS ✨

This training is deeply personal for me because performance management was once one of my initial biggest struggles as a newbie school administrator back in 2005.

Everything changed when I designed a structured performance management system during my role as a school administrator in a school with:

πŸ‘₯ Over 150 employees
πŸŽ“ More than 1000 students

The system helped tremendously in managing staff performance effectively, improving accountability, clarifying expectations, and strengthening the overall operations of the school.

Since then, I have refined it into a practical SEVEN-STEP FRAMEWORK that has been used successfully in schools and by leaders who wanted structure, results, and accountability in their teams.

And in this training, I will be teaching you that exact framework.

πŸ’‘ In this training, you will learn how to:

βœ” Build an effective performance management system for your school
βœ” Set measurable and realistic expectations for staff
βœ” Monitor performance without micromanaging
βœ” Improve accountability and staff productivity
βœ” Handle underperformance professionally
βœ” Create a culture where staff understand that performance matters
