Please LISTEN.

Another 'version' of this bad behaviour is to ask staff to work with you for 'more money'.
Don't do it. This sneaky behaviour is beneath you.

See our for one of many 'evidences'.

...Sometimes, all the validation you may need is in the quality of the clients that use your services and continue to seek out your services.

Blaze that trail...keeping going.

"Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is like a tree of life." Prov. 13:12

Lord, the emotional and mental exhaustion of waiting for the abducted children and their teachers feels just like a physical illness.
We need a miracle. Do that which only you can do.🙏

When (for whatever reasons), you have not heard from or checked in on your child for a whole day, you panic...How much more 21 days???? Knowing your child is with abductors 💔💔

Today is Children’s Day.
And while timelines are filled with balloons, matching outfits, cakes, and laughter. Somewhere, a mother is losing her mind because her child did not come home.

As a childcare provider, I see separation anxiety often.
I have watched little hands cling tightly to their mothers on their first day.
I have heard the desperate cries.
Seen trembling lips whisper, “Mummy don’t go.”

And even then, those children are only apart from the people they love for a few hours…in a safe place, with the certainty that familiar arms will return for them.
But what about the child who was snatched away?

The child forced into strange hands, strange voices, strange darkness.
No reassurance. No safety. No promise of when or if they will ever see home again.

Imagine the terror.
A child crying until their voice becomes weak.
Calling for mummy until exhaustion takes over.
Hungry. Thirsty. Cold. Confused.
Sleeping in fear. Waking in fear.
Wondering why nobody is coming.

And somewhere else, a parent is dying slowly in plain sight.
Unable to sleep. Unable to eat.
Jumping at every phone call.
Breaking down at the sight of another child that resembles theirs.
Haunted by one unbearable question:
“Is my baby safe?”

Today, some parents are not asking for gifts, parties, or celebrations.
They are begging God for one thing only -
to hold their children again.

So before we say “Happy Children’s Day,” let us remember the children whose innocence was stolen by cruelty.
The children whose homes became crime scenes instead of safe spaces.
The children whose parents would trade everything they own just to hear “Mummy” one more time.

No child deserves to disappear into fear.
No parent deserves this kind of torment.

May every missing child find their way back home.
And may we never become so used to these stories that they stop breaking us.

You know what people rarely talk about? POACHING.
The damage caused when parents try to poach childminders directly from a daycare.
And honestly… it may seem harmless at first.

“I just want my child’s favourite carer.”
“She’s amazing with my baby.”
“I trust her.” ...Yen Yen Yen Yen yen

But here’s what many people don’t see.
Behind every incredible childminder is a system that helped shape her.
The training.
The supervision.
The structure.
The emergency protocols.
The continuous support.
The teamwork.

A great caregiver in a daycare environment is not working alone.
She is backed by an entire ecosystem built for children’s safety and development.

So when a parent secretly approaches a staff member already employed and entrusted with multiple children, it doesn’t just affect the business.
It disrupts the emotional stability of the children left behind.

It affects team balance.
It weakens trust.
And in many cases, it places the caregiver in an unfair and compromising position.

Imagine your child finally bonding with a trusted carer… only for that carer to suddenly disappear because another family offered a 'private deal'.

Childcare is deeply emotional work.
And because of that, it should also be deeply ethical.

If you truly value a caregiver, respect the system that nurtured and supports them.
Professional boundaries matter.
Integrity matters.
And in childcare, every decision affects real children, real families, and real lives.

Support quality childcare.
Don’t dismantle it behind the scenes.
