Hi all,

I will be leading the evening tonight. I feel my main longing is to simply be with what is, to simply be and just hang out in that space, whether it is ugly and dark or joyful and light. To just be with what is without wanting to change anything. What would it be like if we all hang out in that space together? What is there to discover in us, in the other, in our connection? As we hangout there, would there be anything that wants to emerge from that space? That would be my invitation to you for tonight, to hang out in that space of beingness together and to let emerge whatever it is that wants to come through us.

Personally, I love the body awareness we practice and the opportunity to unlearn the habit of doing, fixing, or changing our experiences, so that we can simply be with what is. Resting in the here and now, shedding layers of separation, and opening our hearts to that which we do not yet know.

We begin to approach life with curiosity, which can open us up to all the possibilities and latent potential present in every moment.

It’s a practice of letting go of what we think we know so that we can uncover the unknown.

It might not be for everyone, even though I believe everyone could benefit from spending some time in this paradigm.

I love it. I love the magic. I love connecting with my life force energy and following my aliveness.

This is what it’s like to truly be alive.

I feel inspired to offer an evening on igniting Aliveness in Connection. This means discovering our inner life force and letting it guide us into deeper levels of presence. There is so much intelligence in our aliveness.

It can open us to our transpersonal potentials, our dark and light shadows, new dimensions of our personality, and a more innocent and natural way of being.
