How to build bigger legs & glutes? 🍑
One of my favorite exercises for this is the lunge. Or if you are in the mood to suffer a bit: the reverse lunge.
Why?
✅ Trains your quads, glutes and hamstrings at the same time
✅ Improves balance and stability
✅ Builds strength on each leg individually
✅ Great carry-over to sports and daily life
And... it burns like hell too. 😅
Start with bodyweight if you’re new to it. Then progress to a kettlebell or dumbbells. Feeling like going next level? Use a barbell instead.
A simple tip: take a slightly longer step and focus on pushing through your front foot. You’ll feel your glutes working a lot harder.
Try 3-5 sets of 8-15 reps per leg and progressively increase the weight over time.
