🇺🇸🇨🇳 The first article examines how strategic ambiguity has helped preserve peace over Taiwan, while questioning whether this delicate balance can survive rising US-China tensions, shifting deterrence, and Taiwan’s changing strategic importance.
🇧🇪 The second article explores whether ecocide can be addressed through international criminal law before environmental destruction fully materialises, focusing on attempt liability, foreseeable ecological harm, and Belgium’s recognition of ecocide as an international crime.
