Our student Angie cannot get Fee Brothers, Inc. out of her head… and we don’t blame her. 😎
With a lineup this fun, who could choose just one?
A dash of peach 🍑, a pop of grapefruit 🍊, or that rich walnut twist 🌰.
With 22 different flavours, Fee Brothers, Inc. is an essential for every bartender’s spice rack.
Pretty clear Angie’s not the only fan here 👀🍸

🍒 MAY COCKTAIL COMP WINNERS 🍒
This month’s winning creation: Cherrilicious.
Built around Hennessy VS, balanced with a homemade cherry shrub for bright acidity and depth, then rounded out with a touch of syrup and Fee Brothers Fee Foam for a silky finish.
Recipe 👇
• 60ml VS
• 30ml Cherry Shrub
• 15ml Syrup
• Fee Foam
Shake, strain, grate some chocolate over the top, garnish with a cherry, and enjoy.
One thing we love about cocktail comps at EBS is seeing students experiment with ingredients they might not normally reach for. In this case, the cherry shrub brought a perfect balance of sweet, tart, and fruity notes that worked beautifully with the rich character of the cognac.
Congrats to the team behind this month’s winner 🍒🏆

A classic for a reason 🥂
A Classic Champagne Cocktail made with VS
Bringing depth, balance and that unmistakable smooth finish to one of our favourite serves behind the bar 🫶🏼
Crafted from eau-de-vie aged in French oak barrels, Hennessy VS is known for its rich character, toasted oak notes, and versatility in cocktails - which is exactly why we love working with them at 🫱🏼🫲🏽✨

Big congratulations to our April course winners 🏆🍸
For this month’s cocktail competition, the brief pushed creativity and the winning serve delivered something original: “Greek Salad” 🥗
Recipe:
* 45ml Hendrick’s Gin
* 15ml celery gin
* 25ml salad syrup
* Oregano tea rinse
* Feta foam & mini Greek salad garnish
A fresh, savoury profile with clean herbal notes and a creamy finish - a great example of thinking beyond the expected while keeping balance in mind.
Why it worked:
brings subtle cucumber and rose notes, which pair naturally with the vegetal and herbal elements, keeping the drink light, structured, and surprisingly refreshing.
Strong concept, well executed 👏
Looking forward to seeing what the next course brings
