About Me
My name is Andrea Molnar. Originally from Budapest, I lived in the United States for 16 years and have spent the last 10 years in Norway.
I am the founder of Andrea Molnar Yoga and a former two-time Olympic gymnast.
My yoga journey began because of chronic back pain. Yoga taught me how to slow down, breathe deeply, and move in therapeutic ways. It helped me leave my back pain behind, and now I love helping others discover the same freedom and joy in movement.

The videos are only 8–15 minutes long, and if you follow along and do the exercises daily, you can start feeling better.
I'll say it again: consistency creates results.
Your body was designed to move. I understand that when you're living with chronic pain, movement can feel scary. But you have to start somewhere.
All of the videos can be done from your bed, and the exercises are gentle and therapeutic. Remember, you can always start with less and gradually do more as your body becomes stronger and more confident.
I know this because I've been there myself. I struggled with chronic back pain and body stiffness, and I've helped many women inside Yoga Bliss feel better, move with confidence, and enjoy life again.

This simple exercise feels great and really works your whole back. Also moves your hip.
Exercise 1- just move your hip side to side a few times.
Exercise 2 Cat & Cow with belly circles
Do it 5-6 times and switch direction.
Don't forget to breathe!
After stay in child pose for 5 deep breaths.

Where : We will meet at the square ( torget) front of the Fornebu shopping mall at 9:45.

I Today, I had the pleasure of picking up a delicious falafel sandwich with baba ghanoush and salad and enjoying it in the beautiful Botanical Garden in Oslo.
The garden is absolutely stunning. The flowers are blooming, the trees smell amazing, and there’s such a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect break between visits with my wonderful clients.
Taking care of my health is important to me—not just my physical health, but my mental well-being too.
Eating nourishing food, spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and meditating are all essential parts of my life. These things help me stay balanced, energized, and present so I can give my clients the very best version of myself.
If you live in Oslo, I highly recommend visiting Jamal's Falafel (just a 10-minute walk from Oslo Botanical Garden). It was honestly one of the best falafel sandwiches I've ever had!
