🌱 Investing in People, Building a Growth Mindset

As part of its continuous commitment to employee capability enhancement and professional development, the Central Office of Manmohan Technical University (MTU) organized a one-day workshop on "Growth Mindset" for its employees.

The workshop was conducted by Dr. Kishor Adhikari, Registrar of MTU, focusing on the importance of cultivating a growth mindset for personal effectiveness, continuous learning, and organizational excellence.

The program inauguration remarks was provided by Shree Sujan Bhurtel, Chief Officer of MTU, who emphasized the importance of lifelong learning and capacity building in creating a dynamic and future-ready institution.

The session was facilitated by Er. Lochan Neupane, ensuring active engagement and meaningful discussions throughout the program.

Manmohan Technical University (MTU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Birat Medical College and Teaching Hospital (BMCTH) to foster academic–industry collaboration and strengthen opportunities for education, research, training, and professional development.

The MTU delegation was led by Registrar Dr. Kishor Adhikari, in the presence of Member of Board of Governance Mr. Satya Narayan and Dean of SoE Dr. Rekha Shrestha, while the Birat Medical College and Teaching Hospital team was represented by CEO, Mr. Danish Karki. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to promoting excellence in health sciences education, innovation, and capacity building.

This collaboration is expected to create new avenues for academic exchange, practical learning, collaborative research, and institutional growth, benefiting students, faculty members, and the broader healthcare community.
