Galaxians actively participated in various yoga asanas and breathing exercises, demonstrating discipline, focus, and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. The celebration served as a reminder that yoga is not just an exercise but a way of life that promotes harmony between the mind, body, and soul.

The program aimed to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, self-discipline, and a healthy lifestyle among our young learners. Through various yoga postures and breathing exercises, students experienced the importance of balancing body, mind, and spirit.

*Mango Day Celebration at SR Galaxy Academy!

Today our school campus turned a happy shade of yellow as *Pre-Primary and Primary students* celebrated the much-awaited *Mango Day* with joy, laughter, and lots of learning!

Dressed in vibrant yellow and green, our little learners arrived carrying the “King of Fruits” in every form – raw mangoes, ripe mangoes, mango juice, mango pickles, and even mango-shaped crafts. The day began with teachers explaining the importance of mangoes – how they grow, their health benefits, and why they are called the national fruit of India and Nepal. Students learned that mangoes are rich in Vitamin A and C, keep us healthy, and remind us that summer is all about sweetness and fun.

Our classrooms were transformed into mini mango farms! Students did *mango tasting sessions*, identified different varieties like Malda, Alphonso, and local ones, and described their taste using new words like “tangy,” “sweet,” and “juicy.”The best part? *Sharing is caring.* Children happily exchanged mango slices with friends, learned about hygiene before eating, and promised to thank farmers who grow these delicious fruits. Teachers also discussed how mangoes connect us to nature, culture, and healthy eating habits.

At *SR Galaxy Academy*, we believe festivals and food days are more than just fun – they are hands-on ways to teach science, language, social skills, and gratitude. Mango Day left everyone with sticky fingers, sweet memories, and a deeper appreciation for nature’s gift.
