Theme: "Himalayan Wisdom, Global Wellness"

As part of the upcoming Nepal Tourism Board initiative, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, the launch of Nepal Wellness Year 2027 aims to position Nepal as a leading global wellness destination.

Nepal Wellness Food Orientation & Promotion Program will highlight Nepal's rich culinary heritage, indigenous ingredients, traditional healing foods, and wellness-focused hospitality experiences under the theme:

"Himalayan Wisdom, Global Wellness"
The program will bring together hospitality professionals, chefs, hoteliers, wellness experts, tourism stakeholders, and food enthusiasts to explore the role of wellness cuisine in promoting sustainable tourism and healthy living.

Objectives:

Promote Nepal's traditional and wellness-based cuisine.

Showcase Himalayan herbs, organic produce, and indigenous ingredients.

Strengthen Nepal's position as a global wellness tourism destination.

Encourage innovation in wellness food preparation and presentation.

Foster collaboration among tourism and hospitality stakeholders.
