CHECK YOUR INBOXES !!!

Finally, the decision for our summer camp are out.

We received an overwhelming number of exceptional applications for the Summer Camp. Every single submission was carefully reviewed by at least two reviewers, and honestly, we were blown away by what you’ve all accomplished at such a young age.

🎉 To our accepted campers: Congratulations! You’ve been matched with the projects you selected. We are so excited to learn and work with you over the next four months! Keep an eye out for further onboarding details in the coming days. (Note: If you were accepted but don’t receive an email by the end of the day on May 30th, please DM us!)

💡 To those not selected: Given the sheer volume of outstanding applications and our limited seats, the selection process was incredibly difficult. We sadly couldn't accept everyone, but we’ve done our best to send personalized feedback to as many of you as possible. Please don't be discouraged—your potential is huge. Keep coding, keep building, and we hope to see you apply for future cohorts!

Introducing Our Mentors – Summer Camp

Bhishma Bhandari is a final-year Computer Engineering student at Kathmandu University. He is a Research Intern at the IoT R&D Lab (KU × Kyra Works), where he develops a physics-based theft detection system using 3D volumetric analysis, depth estimation, and human tracking—eliminating the need for per-item training. His work focuses on real-time systems that combine computer vision, geometry, and efficient inference.

He enjoys building AI and ML systems and has worked on projects involving computer vision, transformer models, and web apps. He has experience across the ML pipeline, from dataset creation and annotation to deployment and evaluation.

With a strong passion for teaching and education, he has taught school students, supervised academic projects, and conducted machine learning workshops at school and college levels. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring emerging technologies, mentoring peers, and working on meaningful, impactful ideas.
