How teams actually navigate change comes down to three things.
Mindset. Leadership. Trust.
Get these right, and change stops being something teams survive it becomes something they move through with intention.

Starting our 12-month engagement with .nepal π
Most teams don't struggle because they lack knowledge. They struggle because there's inconsistency between mindset, behavior, and how people respond during change. βοΈ
On Day 1 of the Team and Self Management During Change program, we focused on building the foundation of how individuals and teams operate during uncertainty.
We explored fixed vs growth mindset, situational leadership, psychological safety, trust and vulnerability, and giving feedback with empathy , then moved straight into applied reflection through real workplace scenarios.
The shift was visible participants moved from passive understanding to deeper self-awareness and intentional behavior. β‘
In times of change, performance is defined not just by knowledge but by alignment between mindset, behavior, and leadership consistency. π
A sincere thank you to the CARE Nepal team for their openness, engagement, and participation throughout the session. π

Most deals are won in the follow-up, not the first meeting!!
Research consistently shows that the majority of sales close after the fifth contact, yet most salespeople stop reaching out after one or two attempts. The gap between average and high performers often comes down to a simple thing: a follow-up system.
If you're not closing as much as you'd like, check your follow-up cadence before you check your pitch.

Most sales training focuses on technique.
This one focused on something deeper ,how your mind operates under pressure.
We worked with the Sarawagi Group team on building mental resilience, decision clarity, and consistency in high-stakes selling.
Sustainable performance isn't about knowing more. It's about thinking clearly when it matters most. π―

Weβve just wrapped up a training with the Synergy team on Driving Performance Through People Leadership.
One thing we explored early on is something many teams experience, performMost of the time, it comes down to clarity: how well expectations are set, how KPIs are understood, how work is structured, and how consistently leaders guide ex*****on on the ground. π
What stood out most was the honesty in the room. βͺοΈPeople connected the discussion to their own teams, shared real challenges, and were open about what could be done differently
By the end of the training, there was a clearer alignment on expectations and a stronger understanding of how small shifts in leadership approach can improve how teams perform together.
