🏅 Budhanilkantha School Sports Day 2082 🏅

Budhanilkantha School proudly marked its Sports Day 2082, inaugurated on Dec. 21, 2025 by Lt. General Ganesh Kumar Shrestha of the Nepal Army, a proud alumnus of BNKS (710A). The week-long celebration was filled with excitement, energy, and the true spirit of sportsmanship.

Throughout the week, students showcased their talents in various track and field events, accompanied by the grand march-pass from all 14 houses. The Council of School Prefects, led by School Captain 7046 Suhan, marched with pride, while the school band added rhythm and vibrancy to the atmosphere, reflecting discipline, unity, and the BNKS tradition of excellence.

🎉 The Closing Ceremony was held on January 3, 2025, beginning with a warm welcome speech by our respected Principal Mr. Keshar Khulal. The program was gracefully hosted by 7018 Shambhavi and 7162 Rijwal, ensuring smooth flow and engagement throughout the event.

The ceremony was graced by distinguished guests, including Chief Guest Mr. Choodamani Sharma, Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and Special Guest Dr. Samanta Mani Acharya, Head of EDCU. We were also honored by the presence of the Presidents of FOBs and SEBS along with their executive committee members, representatives from Budhanilkantha Municipality, principals from neighboring schools, and supportive parents.

🏆 The Chief Guest honored the handing over trophies and medals to the victorious houses and outstanding athletes, celebrating their hard work and achievements. The program concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by Head of HPE Department Mr. Krishna Prasad Koirala, who expressed gratitude to all helping hands that contributed to making Sports Day 2082 a grand success.

✨ Sports Day 2082 was not just about competition, It was a celebration of unity, discipline, leadership, and the indomitable BNKS spirit!
