At The Excelsior School, we believe that emotional wellbeing is the heart of true learning.
On this special EQ Day, we celebrate the power of understanding, expressing, and valuing emotions in every child. Our shining stars of grade 1to 3 begin each day with feelings check-ins and engage in meaningful SEL activities that help them grow in self-awareness, empathy, kindness, and connection.
Watching them confidently express their emotions and support one another reminds us that learning goes beyond academics, it builds compassionate hearts and resilient minds.
Proud to share these beautiful SEL moments as part of the Social Media Shoutout initiative with VAAV, Developing socio-emotional wellbeing and Six Seconds
