New Leera School

शिक्षकवर्गले आफ्नो मतदान अधिकारको प्रयोग गर्दै विद्यालय परिषद्का लागि योग्य र सक्षम उम्मेदवारहरूको चयन गर्न मतदान गर्नुभयो। यस प्रक्रियाले विद्यालयमा लोकतान्त्रिक संस्कार, जिम्मेवार नेतृत्व र सहभागितामूलक निर्णय प्रक्रियालाई थप मजबुत बनाएको छ।

हाम्रा विद्यार्थीहरूले आफ्नो मतदान अधिकारको प्रयोग गर्दै विद्यालय विद्यार्थी परिषद्का प्रतिनिधिहरू चयन गरेका छन्। निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधिहरूले विद्यार्थीहरूको आवाजलाई प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दै विद्यालय व्यवस्थापनसँग सहकार्य गरी दैनिक समस्या तथा आवश्यकताहरूको समाधानका लागि काम गर्नेछन्। यसले विद्यार्थीहरूमा नेतृत्व, जिम्मेवारी र लोकतान्त्रिक मूल्यहरूको विकास गर्न मद्दत गर्नेछ।

Our students exercised their democratic right to vote by electing representatives to the School Students’ Council. Through this process, they chose capable candidates who can identify the everyday concerns of students and work collaboratively with the school management to find effective solutions. We are proud to see our students actively participating in leadership and fostering a culture of responsibility, representation, and teamwork.

The school organized a panel discussion featuring the candidates for Head Boy and Head Girl. During the session, the candidates presented their leadership visions, outlined their plans and goals, and discussed strategies for promoting a positive school culture and strengthening Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) and Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) for the holistic development of the school community.

Our Sunday

Our Pre-Head, Anuska Maharjan, and Instructional Supervisor, Susmita Shrestha, participated in a two-day workshop on the Progressive Assessment System and Rubric Development at Ullens School. The workshop enhanced their assessment and evaluation skills, equipping them with effective strategies to support student learning and strengthen our school's assessment practices.

Our Sunday

हाम्रा शिक्षक नेतृ सुश्री बिमला तामाङले Rato Bangala School तथा Kathmandu University School of Education बाट प्राप्त तालिम र सिकाइका आधारमा Performance-Based Assessment, Portfolio-Based Assessment र Authentic Assessment सम्बन्धी महत्वपूर्ण ज्ञान तथा अनुभव साझा गर्नुभयो। उहाँले मूल्याङ्कनलाई केवल नतिजा मापन गर्ने माध्यम नभई विद्यार्थीको निरन्तर सिकाइ, प्रगति र सुधारलाई प्रोत्साहन गर्ने प्रक्रियाका रूपमा प्रयोग गर्नुपर्नेमा जोड दिनुभयो.
