The passing into Parinirvana of the venerable Lama Ole Nydahl, who received the wisdom of the Buddha from South Asia and nurtured it across Western countries by establishing vast Dharma centers, has brought deep sorrow not only to the Kagyu tradition but also to all who have faith in the teachings of the Buddha.
Throughout his life, he dedicated himself to spreading the path of compassion, wisdom, and meditation, inspiring countless beings toward the Dharma. By planting the seeds of Buddha’s teachings in Western lands, he brought peace, awareness, and positive transformation to many people's lives.
With deepest respect and gratitude, I honor his immense contributions and noble activities. May the guidance, compassion, and inspiration he shared continue to illuminate the path for future generations.

The moments spent before bidding farewell to the students departing from Sharminub Institute for higher secondary education in Kalimpong, as well as those who successfully completed primary education this year and are now advancing toward higher studies, were deeply sacred, emotional, and unforgettable.
Those precious moments—enriched by education grounded in the path of Dharma, the blessings of the teachers, and the warmth of companionship among fellow students—were a holy opportunity to sow the seeds of karma, compassion, and wisdom. As the students move forward on their bright future journeys, it is our heartfelt prayer that the values of Buddhism, discipline, and harmony will always guide their way.

As we distribute today’s exam results, we are reminded that marks are not the final measure of one’s worth, but gentle signposts on a much longer journey. Success teaches confidence, while setbacks teach patience, resilience, and humility. Every result whether joyful or challenging is an opportunity to learn, grow, and renew determination. May our students accept their results with wisdom, gratitude, and courage, trusting that every experience is guiding them toward a brighter and more meaningful future.

The sacred sixteen Arhat Puja was completed beautifully with deep devotion and proper rituals.

With deep devotion, the sacred Smoke Puja was offered today following the completion of the Grand Mahakala Puja at Sharminub.
As the pure fragrance rose into space, prayers were carried for the removal of obstacles, the fulfillment of virtuous aspirations, and the protection of all beings.
May Mahakala’s enlightened activity swiftly bring peace, strength, and auspiciousness to the Sangha, the community, and the entire world. 🙏🔥

Yesterday, the auspicious visit of Jigmey Rinpoche to the Sharminub Institute was successfully completed. On this occasion, he carried out a formal inspection of the monastery and gained an understanding of the institution’s overall condition.

As the Grand Mahakala Puja reaches its completion, the Tsok offering is made with pure devotion may blessings, protection, and auspiciousness pervade all beings.

On the fifth day of the sacred Mahaksla Puja at Sharminub, prayers rise with unwavering devotion, invoking protection, wisdom, and the removal of obstacles for the benefit of all beings.
