iHub Kathmandu in collaboration with Ladies of Liberty Alliance (LOLA) has successfully organized "Women in Leadership: Turning Challenges into Opportunities" on June 3, 2026. The discussion focused on leadership, resilience, and personal growth featured inspiring real-life stories from participants who shared their experiences of leading events, projects, and initiatives despite being underestimated or facing challenges. 12 participants reflected on the importance of confidence, initiative, effective communication, decision-making, and perseverance in overcoming obstacles and creating impact. The event provided a valuable platform for peer learning, networking, and exchanging practical leadership lessons, encouraging participants to view challenges as opportunities for growth and leadership development.

The first day series of Opinion Adda on Education has been initiated on Sunday May 24, 2026 at iHub Kathmandu with 21 participants along with students associates and volunteers. The hot take as a statement is provoked for challenge conventional thinking and spark debate followed by rebuttal by two more participants and voting at the end. The overall session helped to develop and grow skills on speaking, think creatively and critically.
