🌍📚 Educational Visit to Russian House, Kathmandu 🇷🇺🇳🇵

Today, as part of the celebrations for Russia Day and the “Beautiful Russia” Exhibition, students of Dibyabhumi Multiple College visited the Russian House in Kathmandu under the College’s weekly organizational visit program.

During the visit, students gained valuable insights into Russian culture, education, language, and educational opportunities in Russia. They also explored the library and other facilities of the center, enriching their understanding of Russia’s rich cultural and academic heritage.

A special highlight of the program was the screening of the documentary film “The World’s Leading Russist”, dedicated to Lyudmila Alekseevna Verbitskaya, former President of Saint Petersburg State University. Her remarkable contribution to the promotion of the Russian language, education and academic excellence has earned worldwide recognition and inspired our students.

The visit was both informative and inspiring, fostering intercultural understanding and encouraging students to explore global educational opportunities.

🌟 An Inspiring Learning Experience at DCA-Nepal 🌟
Today, the Bachelor's First Year students of Dibyabhumi Multiple College had the wonderful opportunity to visit DCA-Nepal, an international development agency working in Nepal, as part of our weekly organizational visit program.

During the visit, we participated in an interactive and insightful session led by Dr. Samjhana Bista, Country Director of DCA-Nepal. She shared her rich professional experiences, introduced the vision, mission and key initiatives of the organization and provided valuable insights into the development sector.

Our students actively engaged in meaningful discussions, raising important questions about career opportunities, professional growth and the challenges faced by development practitioners. Dr. Bista’s thoughtful responses, inspiring journey and motivating presentation significantly enhanced our understanding of the sector and encouraged us to pursue our goals with confidence, commitment and purpose.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Samjhana Bista for her excellent presentation, warm hospitality, generous cooperation and valuable time.
