🌍 Happy World Environment Day!

At OLE Nepal, we believe that protecting our environment begins with education, and our students are already taking the lead! 💚

Across Nepal, young learners are exploring, understanding, and addressing environmental challenges, from classrooms to competition stages. Students participating in OLE Nepal's Girls in ICT & AI – Robotics Program showcased impressive, environment-themed robotics projects at the 2nd Yala Mayor's Cup. Their creations included smart city models and green energy systems, all built with their own hands.

We offer interactive environmental lessons for Grades 1–8 on E-Paath (https://epaath.olenepal.org/), along with over 337 free environmental resources available on E-Pustakalaya (https://pustakalaya.org/). Lessons are provided in both English and Nepali. Through our programs, we empower girls in ICT, AI, and robotics, all at no cost at olenepal.org.

The children who learn about our environment today are the ones who will protect and innovate for it tomorrow.🌱

A milestone moment for the Girls in ICT and AI program by OLE Nepal!. For the first time, we brought together focal and head teachers from 11 schools in Lalitpur in an online meeting. 20 educators united around one goal: empowering students through robotics and technology. The agenda covered school support, robotics component replacement, the Universal Robotics Challenge (URC), and upcoming teacher training. Together, we're building a stronger foundation for girls and all students in ICT and AI!

Follow along for more updates!

Learning in action from Janakpur. 💻🎧📝

Students are exploring OLE Nepal’s digital learning platforms: headphones on, notebooks ready, curious minds at work. It’s great to see girls leading the way in the computer lab.

Our Teaching with Technology fellow, Mr. Niranjan, is spending a year here supporting students and teachers as they make digital tools a natural part of everyday learning.
