As part of the Multi-disciplinary (MT) curriculum, Grade One students are learning about the food they eat. To support their learning, they made lemonade and cheese sandwiches on their own at school. This hands-on experience allowed students to explore food preparation, develop practical life skills, and learn through active participation.

What began as a simple collection drive became something much bigger. Our Elementary School Tier III students came together for the “From My Desk To Yours” campaign with Khaalisisi, transforming recyclables into opportunities for learning and change.
Over the past month, students collected paper, cartons, e-waste, and other recyclables from both school and home, proving that small actions can create a meaningful impact. The value generated from these materials helped provide new educational supplies to students at Shree Mahalaxmi School near the Sisdole landfill. Beyond just recycling, this campaign encouraged our students to practice empathy, responsibility, as well as the power of collective action. We are incredibly proud of our students for showing that waste can be transformed into dignity, hope, and opportunity.
