Our tamariki had a lovely time celebrating Samoa Language Week recently ~ with songs, dress-ups and a beautiful Samoa-inspired artwork, filled with ocean creatures, coconut trees, colourful painting and happy teamwork 🥰

Playdough fun is always a favourite 😊 As our tamariki squish, roll, press and create, they’re building fine motor skills, strengthening their little hands, sharing ideas and enjoying lovely sensory play together ⭐

Our sandpit became a fun kitchen, with our tamariki “making food for dinosaurs.” 🦖🦕 This kind of play supports imagination, friendships, communication and teamwork, as our children share ideas, include others and build confidence together 😍 Want to join us? Bringing science into the Kikorangi classroom gives our children the chance to explore, investigate and discover new ideas together 🤩 It’s lovely to see their excitement as they share knowledge, ask questions and learn alongside one another ❤
