❗️updated our timetable ❗️
To go with the new location we have also made some changes to our classes
This timetable starts today at our new location 60 Glenmall place, Glen Eden.
1️⃣ Kids 4-6 everyday Monday to Friday 3.30-4pm again
2️⃣ Evening classes now starting at 6.45 instead of 6.30 and 5.45pm class will now be one hour long.
3️⃣ Tuesday we will be doing Judo + wrestling at 5.45pm - 6.45pm
4️⃣ Thursday grappling will now be 5.45-6.45pm and we will have a boxing class at 6.45pm -7.30 instead of MMA.
5️⃣ We have removed our 12pm ladies classes for now while we setup the gym and make a plan to increase attendance to these classes for women, but they will be back!
