Yoga changed my life, but I know that for many people, the door to yoga still feels closed.
Not because they don’t want to practice, but because too often they’ve been told (directly or indirectly) that yoga isn’t for bodies like theirs, abilities like theirs, or circumstances like theirs.
As an adaptive yoga teacher, my mission has always been simple: to open that door wider.
That’s why I’m so passionate about this Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training. It’s for teachers who want to create more inclusive spaces, and for those who feel called to share yoga with people who may have never felt welcome in a traditional class.
Every time we learn how to adapt, modify, and meet people where they are, we help someone feel seen. We help someone move with confidence. We remind someone that they belong.
Because yoga was never meant for just a few people. It was meant for ALL OF US!
If you’ve been thinking about teaching adaptive yoga or deepening your understanding of inclusive teaching, I’d love for you to join us on this journey.

This little piece of tech has changed the way I move, teach, and experience my own body.
Wearing my ExoSym is a reminder that movement isn't about forcing bodies to fit a shape. It's about finding ways to support the body you're in and working with it, not against it.
That philosophy is at the heart of how I teach yoga, too.
If you've ever been curious about teaching yoga, or you're already teaching and want to feel more confident supporting different bodies, abilities, and experiences, my Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training was created with that in mind.
Because teaching yoga isn't just about leading poses. It's about understanding the people in front of you and learning how to meet them where they are.
We move beyond the idea that there's only one way to do a pose and explore practical, embodied ways to make yoga more accessible, supportive, and real.

If you’ve ever felt curious about teaching yoga… or you’re already a yoga teacher wanting to deepen how you show up in the room, this is for you.
Because teaching yoga isn’t just about leading shapes. It’s about understanding the people in front of you.
My Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training is designed especially for teachers who want to expand their approach, build confidence in adapting for different bodies and abilities, and learn how to make yoga feel more accessible, supportive, and real.
We move beyond “one way to do the pose” and into practical, embodied teaching so you can meet students where they are, not where you think they should be.
This space is especially for existing yoga teachers who feel ready to teach in a more inclusive way… but it’s also open to those stepping into the path of teaching and wanting to start with a more adaptive foundation.
If this speaks to you, I’d love to have you in the training.

This is why I do what I do.
Every person deserves access to the benefits of yoga, regardless of age, ability, mobility, size, or health condition. Yet so many people are still excluded because teachers simply haven't been taught how to adapt their classes.
When I receive feedback like this from a student who uses a wheelchair, it reminds me why adaptive yoga matters so much.
Imagine how many more people could experience the joy, connection, strength, and confidence that yoga can offer if more teachers had the tools to make their classes truly accessible.
My Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training is designed to help yoga teachers, movement professionals, and wellness practitioners confidently support a wider range of students and create spaces where everyone feels welcome.
Because yoga isn't about fitting people into poses. It's about adapting the practice to fit the person.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, move faster, and keep up, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause.
Take a moment to breathe deeply. To soften your shoulders. To notice the support beneath you.
Whether you're on a yoga mat, in a chair, or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself, your breath is always there to guide you back to the present.
Slow down. Breathe. Be here.

Like still water, our practice doesn't need to look a certain way to be meaningful. Every body, every ability, every breath belongs here. đź’™

Confidence to teach yoga doesn’t come from being the “perfect” yogi. It comes from showing up, practicing, learning, and being willing to hold space for others exactly as you are.
So many people think they need advanced poses, years of experience, or a certain type of body before they can teach. But great teachers aren’t made by handstands, they’re made by compassion, curiosity, and connection.
Your voice, your lived experience, and your unique way of guiding people matters. The world needs more inclusive, real, human teachers.
If teaching yoga has been sitting quietly on your heart… this might be your sign to begin 🤍
Join my Adaptive Yogi Teacher Training and learn how to teach accessible, inclusive yoga for real bodies and real lives.
✨ No perfection required.

This retreat isn’t about being the perfect yogi. It’s about resting, laughing, moving your body in ways that feel good, and giving yourself permission to just… be. 🤍
We’ll share accessible yoga, good food, meaningful chats, sunshine, massages, quiet moments, and all the colorful little details that make Bali feel magic.
No pressure. No yoga-body expectations. No needing to be flexible or experienced. Just a beautiful week with beautiful humans in one of my favorite places 🌴

A lot of people see my ExoSym brace brace and immediately think about limitation — but weirdly enough, it’s also one of the reasons I found a deeper connection with yoga 🤍
Yoga helped me learn how to work with my body instead of constantly fighting it. It gave me ways to move on hard days, softer days, stronger days, and everything in between.
And that’s why I teach the way I do now. I never wanted yoga to feel exclusive, intimidating, or only for certain people. I wanted it to feel welcoming, adaptable, and human.
Over the years, I’ve met so many people who thought yoga wasn’t for them because of their body, pain, size, disability, injury, age, or mobility… and I really want to help change that. ✨
So if you’ve ever wanted to learn how to make your classes more inclusive and accessible in a real, practical, supportive way, I’m opening up my Teacher Training 🤍
Would absolutely love to have you there.
