The Epsom team put in a fantastic performance at this week's College Sport Auckland Duathlon, bringing home podium finishes across U14, U16 and U19 races 💪💛

Huge congratulations to Millie Gatie on an outstanding performance at the 2026 NZSSAA Cross Country Championships! 👏🏃‍♀️

Millie took on some true cross-country conditions and delivered an awesome race, finishing 8th in the U17 Girls event 💪🙌

👏🏐 Celebrating Excellence in Umpiring 🌟🎉

This week, we're shining a spotlight on the people behind the scenes who help make our sporting programmes possible.

EGGS is proud to have almost 40 students involved in netball umpiring, with senior umpire Jessie Flack leading the way. 💛🏐

This year, Jessie achieved her Zone Practical Award and, over the weekend, umpired her first Premier 1 game—an outstanding achievement for a student umpire and one that is rarely reached at school level.

Jessie regularly umpires 2–3 games each Saturday before returning to the courts on Sunday to support representative tournaments. Beyond her own officiating, she has shown exceptional leadership through mentoring junior umpires and assisting with training workshops throughout the season.

Congratulations, Jessie, on this fantastic milestone, and thank you for the incredible contribution you make to EGGS Netball. 💙👏

🥈💙 Underwater Hockey Success for EGGS at the Auckland Regionals! 💙🥈

A huge congratulations to our Junior Team on their outstanding performance, bringing home the Silver Medal and qualifying for the NZ Secondary School Championships in September!

Special mention goes to Brylee Millar and Rita Zhou, who were both awarded MVP honours 🙌

Congratulations to Zara Gordon on her selection to the Northland U18 Hockey Team 🙌🔥

Zara is one of three First XI players chosen for representative honours this season, joining Violet Young and Eva McKinlay, who have already been named in the Auckland U18 White Team.

It’s fantastic to see this talent emerging through the programme at EGGS — an exciting sign of what’s still to come!

Hockey Northland is pleased to announce the finalised U18 Women's team and non travelling reserves for this year's U18 tournment. Well done to those selected.

3x NZ Water Polo Reps for Epsom 🔥✨

Massive congratulations to Amelia Lafaiali'l (Year 11), Angelina Yang (Year 10), and Emily Rope (Year 12) who have been named in the New Zealand U16 Water Polo Team that compete in the World Aquatics Women's U16 Water Polo Championships in Croatia this July.

We are beyond proud of our girls for this outstanding achievement and cannot wait to be cheering them on from home!!💪💛💙

Representing EGGS at the recent College Sport Auckland Weightlifting Championships - Grace Alaimoana topped her division and came away with the Gold 🏆💪🏼
