One of my clients asked for a scarf inspired by New Zealand — rich greens, natural textures and, most importantly, a little kiwi bird.
Creating detailed imagery in wet felting technique is always an adventure. Wool has a mind of its own, and every stage of the process brings surprises. But that's exactly what I love about working with natural fibres.
And here he is... a tiny kiwi bird hiding among the greens. 🥰

The scarf was purchased from VESU as a gift and will soon begin a new journey with its future owner.
