✨ Koru Babies K.I.D.S Time ✨

Today, our wonderful tamariki Samson, Halo, and Asha helped make playdough. They measured, poured, and mixed the ingredients together, showing great teamwork and enthusiasm.

This experience helped strengthen their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and hand muscles through pouring, mixing, and exploring different textures. Their hard work paid off as they enjoyed playing with the playdough they helped create!

Another fun day indoors, building with blocks and enjoying our favourite toys😊

Today our tamariki enjoyed art, train track building, obstacle courses, and outdoor play with friends.

They explored, created, problem-solved, and had lots of fun together.

Our Koru babies had a wonderful day exploring their indoor environment. They especially enjoyed caring for the toy babies and engaging in imaginative play with the puppets. It was lovely to see their creativity, curiosity, and interactions throughout the day.🥰

Monday Fun at Our Own Pace!

Today was all about following our own adventures. The tamariki dived into some awesome sensory play, zoomed around with transportation, and explored all their favorite things at their very own pace. Pure, unhurried fun!

A group of our tamariki enjoyed some paint this morning, painting beautiful rainbows, portraits of their parents and doughnuts!🍩 What impressed us just as much as their artistic talents was their sense of responsibility. Once the painting was finished, the children worked together to clean up, carefully wiping down the tables, making sure every last drop of paint was gone, and sweeping the deck until everything was spotless. We’re so proud of these young artists for showing that being part of a community means helping to take care of it too. Well done tamariki ma - amazing MAHI TAHI✨💚

What a fun-filled Tuesday at PK! 😊

Our tamariki explored shaving foam, colours, and natural materials through sensory play, using their hands to mix, create, and discover new textures. They showed curiosity, creativity, and lots of imagination.

Inside and outside, children enjoyed drawing, riding bikes, climbing, and spending time with friends. There were plenty of smiles, conversations, and opportunities to learn through play.

Today our Koru babies enjoyed a wonderful K.I.D.S. time exploring shapes and discovering different colours and forms through play! They also had lots of fun creating sensory artwork using paint and bubble wrap, exploring new textures and patterns🎨

To top it all off, the children spent time outdoors enjoying the sandpit and plenty of opportunities for exploration and fun with their friends. ☀️😊

Today we celebrated Grace’s 5th birthday and preschool graduation.

Grace looked so proud in her graduation gown and beautiful korowai. She enjoyed celebrating with her friends and aiga, sharing cake, receiving gifts, and making special memories together.

Fa’afetai tele lava to Grace’s aiga for the delicious cake, thoughtful goodie bags for the tamariki, and the lovely gifts for our teaching team. Your kindness and generosity made this day even more special. 💕🌺

We are so proud of the kind, caring, and capable young girl Grace has become. We wish her all the very best as she begins her new school journey. ✨💖
