We had our weekly assembly this morning, and it was wonderful to celebrate so many amazing achievements. A huge well done to all of our well-deserved award winners!

Boys are all back safe and sound. Some memories from our last parts of camp.

Day 2 Fun.
Started with a massive paddle around the bay. The boys worked hard today and persevered to the end.
The day continued with a Rocky Shores adventure looking at our marine life Kina, Starfish, Crabs, Jellyfish, Sea Slugs and more. The boys were lucky enough to encounter an Octopus. Tonight the boys are dissecting a Squid.

It has been an amazing start to Camp here at Sir Peter Blake MERC for our boys. They have shown determination, teamwork and grit. Some new lessons for the boys around Water Safety, and how we can look after our sea life.

An awesome community group is offering an incredible holiday programme, and we are stoked to help them promote it, because yes, you read that right: it is 100% FREE! All expenses are completely covered.

Here is how it works:

Day 1: Whaanau Day! Bring your child or children along for a day focused entirely on fun, games, and connecting as a family.

Day 2: Rock Climbing Day! The following day, the kids get to hit the climbing walls for an epic adventure.

The only requirement? To secure the rock climbing day for your kids, you just need to attend the awesome Whaanau Day with them. That’s it!

What an incredible day celebrating Samoan Language Week yesterday! 🇼🇸

Our hearts are full after coming together under this year’s beautiful theme: ‘E afua mai i mauga tetele manuia o le ‘nu’u’ (From the mountains are the blessings of the village).

A massive thank you to the talented students from Bader Intermediate for their amazing performance, and to all the whaanau who came out to celebrate with us. It was truly an awesome celebration of culture, community, and togetherness! Fa'afetai tele lava!
