Little Kiwis Early Learning Centre

This week we proudly celebrated Samoan Language Week and embraced the richness of Samoan culture within our learning community.

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents and past parents who generously gave their time to visit us, share their cultural knowledge, and introduce aspects of Samoan language, traditions, and values to our tamariki. Your contributions created meaningful learning experiences and helped our children develop a deeper appreciation for the diverse cultures that make up our community.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to the families who shared delicious Samoan food with us. The children and teachers thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the flavours of Samoan culture, and sharing food together was a wonderful way to celebrate and connect as a community.

We are grateful for your support, generosity, and willingness to share your culture with us. Thank you for helping us foster a strong sense of belonging, respect, and cultural understanding.

At Little Kiwis Early Learning Centre, our children showed gratitude and thankfulness for God’s goodness by bringing food to bless and gift to others. 💛 We are so proud to see their caring hearts and generosity towards the community.

Their current favourite has been “Okay” by Forrest Frank, filling our days with smiles, movement, and happy hearts ✨

Just another calm, yet busy morning at Little Kiwis Montessori Preschool 🌿

Our tamariki were deeply engaged in their learning, carefully choosing their own work, exploring materials, and building independence at their own pace. From quiet moments of concentration to gentle conversations with friends, the environment was filled with purpose and curiosity.

It’s always special to see how calm and activity can exist together in a Montessori space, where every child is supported to follow their own learning journey. 💛
