Busy Bees Pakuranga

In Adventurers room during the mat, children sang songs in Te Reo and English Ma is white, Whero is red. Children develop confidence to perform the front of their peers. They learn about other culture and their symbol through singing. They developed communication skills, basic mathematical by recognising colour's.

We celebrated Samoan Language Week with fun craft activities. The children created traditional Samoan tattoo patterns and beautiful flower crowns. Everyone enjoyed exploring Samoan culture together. It was a lovely and joyful time for the kids and teachers.

Our babies celebrated Samoan Language Week by listening to Samoan songs, creating a Samoan flag puzzle, and making colourful paper-flower leis. Through these experiences, they were Bee Connected by learning about another culture, Bee Creative while making leis and puzzles, and Bee Inspired through music, language, and new discoveries.

Using Montessori rods, our tamariki collaborated to create a maze and explored it by walking through the pathway they designed.
This engaging experience supported spatial awareness, critical thinking, concentration, and cooperative learning while fostering creativity and a sense of achievement.
The smiles, excitement, and proud faces as they navigated their own maze made the experiences ❤️ even more special!

Our tamariki explored Te Reo Māori through songs, sensory colour bags, and Māori symbol painting. These fun experiences encouraged creativity, communication, and confidence as they Bee Creative and Bee Expressive together!

After morning tea, indoor learning time: Chinese art practice and early math activities for our little ones. We help kids learn, explore, and stay curious every day.

Fun with a Frozen Dinosaurs! Our toddlers in Adventurers had so much fun finding different ways to melt the ice to free the dinosaurs. This was a great opportunity for them to learn problem solving skills and enhance their sensory development.

Our tamariki have been busy caring for their duration environment, weeding the garden together, and learning how to look after our outdoor space. They also loved exploring a classic Montessori activity, working together to problem-solving and focusing their attention. Watching them grow in confidence, kindness, and curiosity every is such a 😊.

Explorers, explored a treasure basket full of wonder. They were Bee-ing Active, painting beehives. Bee-ing Creative drawing on leaves and papers. Bee-ing Expressive making tea for World Tea Day. Bee-ing Connected to nature, culture, and each other. Little hands, big discoveries.

Rolling,climbing, balance, cherring- this week obstacle course and bowling games brought so much joy and teamwork. 🌈
Through movement, challenge, and play, children explored, created, connected and grew with confidence. 😊
