It was a pleasure to read the case study report that Rosa submitted. It portrayed the simplicity and accuracy of this therapeutic work so well .... And with a brilliant result for her client!

A couple of photos of one of my groups of Diploma in Reflexology students hard at work today, researching and compiling a mini study. 💻🙇🏻‍♀️📑

I love the ‘concentration’ on their faces!

The aim of this activity is to help them to develop advanced knowledge and understanding of disease processes and disorders affecting the body systems, and to apply this knowledge safely and effectively within reflexology practice.

They topics they explored are:
🔹Fibromyalgia
🔹Menopause
🔹Insomnia
🔹Anxiety
🔹Chronic Lower Back Pain

Remember, we NEVER diagnose or treat a disorder, but this knowledge is key to helping us formulate appropriate reflexology support plans.

One of the things that can provide a person starting to learn reflexology with some angst, is locating the reflex areas and detecting imbalances. 😥

Questions like, “Will I feel anything”, “What am I supposed to be feeling for”, “How do I know I’ve found the reflex point”, may go around in your head.

Don’t worry you WILL become a great Reflexology ‘detective’. 🔍

First learn the ‘map’ of the reflexes, the techniques, and the procedures, the rest will come over time with practise and repetition on your willing recipients feet.👣
