Due to an unexpected issue with the school’s water supply, Mangere College will be closed today at 1.40pm.

This decision has been made at short notice as we are currently unable to ensure access to safe drinking water and fully functioning toilet facilities, which are essential for maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

If your child is under the age of 14 and you would like them to remain at school until the usual finishing time, please contact the office to let us know.

Contractors are actively working to resolve the issue, and we will keep you informed with updates, including confirmation of when the school can safely reopen.

A massive congratulations to ex Māngere College Student and former Head Boy Ofa Tu’ungafasi ( #215) who became the most capped Blues player last weekend playing 165 games. What an amazing achievement!💙
