Wheel's Day on Monday Wēteri Whānau.
Students can bring a bike, scooter, skateboard or any other wheels they cruise.
There will be a range of activities from our friends at PATH, Sport Auckland and Auckland Council.
If you have a bike that needs fixing, bring that down too as we will have a bike mechanic as well.

Building Stronger Connections.

There are no parenting or relationship manuals ...we learn as we go. As adults, we need to show up for ourselves before we can show up for our partners and kids at home.
But what does that mean, and what does that look like?
Come and learn alongside TEDx Speaker, Author, Relational Neuroscience expert, and former school principal, Jase Williams, who has been working with our school, supporting us to better understand both student and adult behaviour.
Jase will be sharing with the community this coming Tuesday and we look forward to seeing you there!

School starts back up on Monday 9th February, after Waitangi Weekend.
Happy New Year and we hope you are all having a great break.
On the first day students will meet in the hall when the bell goes at 8.50am. We will have our Mihi Whakatau to welcome new staff and students and start our year off together.

We had an awesome celebration on Friday, 12th December, at our annual prizegiving.
Congratulations to all of our awards recipients and their whānau on their achievements this year!

It's been a year in the making but our students finally had a chance to play on their new Astro-Turf! The turf has netball and basketball markings with interchangable hoops for our sports trainings throughout the year.
We are incredibly grateful to our funders, Trillian Trust, Four Winds, Grassroots and BlueSky. Your support has made this possible for our students and community.
We were also supported by our MOE Property Advisor; Andrew, Charlotte and Emily from Milne Projects.
Our suppliers Team Turf have done an excellent job too. Steve Doran kept the project ticking along!

At our final Board meeting for the year we discussed the recent changes in legislation about school boards' responsibility to give effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
We believe that when we uplift Te Ao Māori, we have a model for uplifting every culure in our community.
