𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓’𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 – 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐃 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐘 𝟔 𝐓𝐎 𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

Good Day!
It is my honor to present the Year End Report from July 6 ( when I assumed as President) to December 31, 2025 of SNHSAAAI, highlighting our accomplishments, challenges and strategic directions and plans as we continue to strengthen our alumni community and support to our Alma Mater.

1. 𝙊𝙍𝙂𝘼𝙉𝙄𝙕𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝘼𝙇 𝙎𝙏𝙍𝙀𝙉𝙂𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙉𝙄𝙉𝙂
From July 6 to December 31, 2025, we focused on improving governance and operational systems. Key accomplishments include:
• Strengthened coordination between the Executive Officers and the BOT.
• Improved documentation, financial recording and reporting to Govt. Regulatory Bodies ( SEC & BIR ).
• Conducted five (5) Board Officers Meeting from July to December 2025, in person and virtual.
• Complied with the standard Audit Process- Financial transactions, 7th Grand Alumni Homecoming last July 4-5, 2025. Audit Exit Conference between the Management and Host Batch /Auditee was conducted, before finalization and dissemination.
• Implemented the Recommendations and Corrective Actions taken by Management on the result of prior year’s Financial Operations Audit as of June 28, 2025.
• Nine (9) Board Resolutions were adopted / approved to strengthen admin. procedures and governance practices of the Association.
• Improved the records keeping system of the Association.

We continue to promote transparency, accountability and active alumni engagement.

2. 𝑨𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑽𝑰𝑻𝑰𝑬𝑺 𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑫𝑼𝑪𝑻𝑬𝑫
• Updated the Association’s General Information Sheet (GIS) at the Securities & Exchange Commission ( SEC).
• Quarterly filing of reports to BIR – April to June and July to Sept. 2025.
• Conducted Officers Workshop last Sept. 13, 2025 to formulate a 5-year Strategic Plan of SNHSAAAI. This will serve as a roadmap/direction of the Association.
Status: Review /documentation is in progress.
• Conducted a thorough financial audit of the 7th Grand Alumni Homecoming citing favorable findings, minor irregularities , and recommendations for improvement.
• First Alumni Christmas Gathering (Xmas Disco) was conducted on Dec. 20,2025 at the same time Fund Raising Activity initiated by the incoming Host Batches.

3. 𝑭𝑰𝑵𝑨𝑵𝑪𝑰𝑨𝑳 𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑪𝑬𝑹𝑵𝑺
The association maintained prudent financial management during the period. Due to limited fund resources, we shift from Spending to “Giving”. We focus on fund raising by encouraging officers and alumni to act as donors/sponsors to support the priority needs of our Alma Mater and operational expenses of the Association. Update financial records from time to time. The Treasurer has prepared a separate financial report as of December 31, 2025.

4. 𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑳𝑳𝑬𝑵𝑮𝑬𝑺 𝑬𝑵𝑪𝑶𝑼𝑵𝑻𝑬𝑹𝑬𝑫
Like any organization, we encountered challenges:
• Limited participation of alumni members during the First Alumni Christmas Gathering. We were able to celebrate the holiday season together to rekindle friendship/fellowship.
• Needs for stronger communication channels by utilizing modern digital tools.
• Geographical location of alumni officers / members that affect activity participation.
• Officers were occupied with their respective tasks in their field of work assignment.
• Requirements to reactivate the account at East West Bank due to the death one signatory that hinders association bank transaction until this time.
Status: Process of requirements for submission is in progress.
These areas remain priorities for improvement.

5. 𝑺𝑼𝑷𝑷𝑶𝑹𝑻 𝑻𝑶 𝑨𝑳𝑴𝑨 𝑴𝑨𝑻𝑬𝑹
• Financial support for priority programs of the school. The Board Officers approved to release 20,000.00 in order to operate the 50 units donated computers from other school initiated by Fr. Macwayne N. Maniwang, VP-External of SNHSAAAI.
𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘍𝘳. 𝘔𝘢𝘤 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘈𝘭𝘮𝘢 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳.
• Science Laboratory Apparatus costing 122,865.00 was donated through the initiative and efforts of Host Batch 1978, 1988 & 1990 as part of their budgetary cost during the 7th Grand Alumni Homecoming, July 4-5, 2025.
𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘏𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘉𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘨𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘬𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵.
• Donation of Cash and Equipment for identified classroom that needs repairs and improvements thru pledges from alumni officers and selected members.
𝘚𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘵 𝘬𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘫𝘢𝘸 𝘮𝘺 𝘤𝘰–𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘮𝘯𝘪.

These initiatives reflect our commitment to giving back to our beloved Alma Mater.
We believe that giving back is not an obligation – it is an act of gratitude.

6. 𝙋𝙇𝘼𝙉𝙎 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙎𝙏𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙂𝙄𝘾 𝘿𝙄𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙎 𝙁𝙊𝙍 2026
• Establish alumni members database, improve communication and strengthen alumni unity.
• Institutionalize good governance and formulate policies and guidelines.
• Expand resource mobilization to support school programs and projects.
• Increase youth alumni involvement and continue alumni engagement and networking.
• Engage community service by partnering LGU and stakeholders.
• Empowering the incoming Host Batches in coordination with alumni officers an impactful programs and projects as we carry a legacy for the school and future generation.
• Finalize and package the 5-year Strategic Plan (StratPlan) of SNHSAAAI.
• This will serve as a direction and governance guide of the Association. It ensures sustainability, clarity and continuity beyond one set of officers or one homecoming cycle.

7. 𝑪𝑳𝑶𝑺𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑹𝑬𝑭𝑳𝑬𝑪𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵
As President, allow me to express my heartfelt gratitude to:

• Outgoing Host Batches 1978, 1988 & 1990
• Incoming Host Batches, 1977. 1991 & 2009
• Sponsors and Donors
• Batch Representatives
• Fellow Alumni; and
• The SNHS Administrator, Msgr. Edito N. Alcala, DCS, VG, Phd and Faculty for our partnership in service.

May we continue to lead with humility, integrity, serve with compassion and give with generosity.

Let our Association remain a bridge of blessing to our beloved Alma Mater.

More than just our Municipal Mayor, he is a proud Alumnus of SNSHAI—a true testament to the excellence and heart of a Nicolanian leader. Thank you, Mayor, for your dedicated service and for being an inspiration to every student and citizen in Anao-aon. 💙❤️
