TheraPathPH Therapy Center Enrollment Flow Chart

To help families understand our enrollment process, we created a simple step-by-step guide from inquiry to official enrollment, evaluation or assessment scheduling, and session start.

Our process begins with sending an inquiry, completing the intake form, and allowing our team to review your child’s needs. Once the appropriate service is identified, we will provide the available packages and fees, issue the official invoice, and confirm enrollment after payment validation.

After official enrollment, families may proceed with evaluation or assessment scheduling, if needed, followed by confirmed therapy scheduling, orientation, and session start details.

Families who would like to see the center may also request a center visit, subject to availability and strictly during off-session hours only, to protect the privacy, safety, and therapy time of our enrolled children.

For inquiries and enrollment assistance, please message TheraPathPH Therapy Center.

This video shows Kuya Zack, the son of one of the owners of TheraPathPH, anxiously waiting for a school test.

We are sharing this not just as a personal moment, but as a call-out to schools that claim to be inclusive without being transparent about their actual capacity.

To schools: please do not use the word β€œinclusive” if your inclusion only applies when a child is easy to accommodate.

It is okay to be a regular school.
It is okay to admit that your team is not yet trained.
It is okay to say that you currently do not have the staffing, facilities, accommodations, or support system needed for children with autism or other disabilities.

What is not okay is giving families false hope.

What is not okay is letting parents lay everything out β€” diagnosis, challenges, therapy history, needs, concerns β€” through email, chat, and in-person inquiries, then still allowing the child to go through the anxiety and pressure of testing, only to eventually say that you do not have the capacity to support them.

Parents deserve honesty from the start.

Children deserve to be protected from unnecessary emotional stress.

Families of children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, speech and language delays, learning differences, sensory needs, physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and other support needs are not asking for special treatment. They are asking for transparency, fairness, and respect.

Inclusion is not a marketing word.

Inclusion means readiness.
Inclusion means trained teachers.
Inclusion means reasonable accommodations.
Inclusion means honest screening.
Inclusion means knowing your limits and communicating them early.

To every school that truly practices inclusion β€” thank you.

But to schools that use β€œinclusive” only as a label, while filtering children out after they have already gone through the process: please do better.

Our children are not the problem.

False inclusion is.

Advocating for true inclusion, early intervention, and child-centered support.

Parent Reminder: Therapy Must Continue at Home

Good day, Parents.

We would like to gently remind everyone that therapy does not end when the session ends.

Every therapy session is only one part of your child’s progress. The real and lasting improvement happens when the strategies, routines, and home activities recommended by the therapist are consistently practiced at home.

No amount of therapy sessions can fully help a child if the skills learned during therapy are not carried over in the child’s daily routine, home environment, and family interactions.

Our therapists can guide, teach, model, and support your child, but consistency at home is what helps the child retain, apply, and generalize these skills.

This is why parent and caregiver involvement is very important.

When home recommendations are not followed, progress may become slower, inconsistent, or difficult to maintain. Children need repetition, structure, emotional support, and follow-through outside the therapy room.

We understand that every family has different responsibilities and challenges, but your child needs your presence, patience, and active participation.

Therapy is a partnership between the therapist, the child, and the family.

Your child’s therapist is here to help, but your child needs you most.

Let us work together so the progress we see during sessions can continue at home, in school, and in everyday life.

Thank you, Parents, for your continued trust and cooperation. Pink hearts for all our TheraPath families. πŸ’—
