NSTP 2 🩵

Many stay-at-home mothers have limited opportunities to participate in regular physical activities due to household responsibilities and daily routines. In Prk. Batad, Brgy. Sampinit, some mothers experience physical fatigue, stress, and lack of access to simple health information that can help improve their overall well-being. This project focuses on conducting Zumba and aerobic dance sessions combined with basic health and wellness education. As BPED students, the implementers will lead structured, safe, and enjoyable physical activities suitable for adult participants. Short health discussions will be provided to explain the importance of regular exercise, proper posture, hydration, and simple movements that can be practiced at home.
