First day of hands-on training for our Weekend Baking Class!

Today, our students officially started their baking journey here at Le Fleur Hospitality Training Center — learning, preparing, and creating with focus, excitement, and passion. From basic techniques to actual kitchen practice, every step brings them closer to becoming more confident in baking.

Day 3 of our Barista Workshop with API BECI International students was filled with creativity, focus, and beautiful coffee art!

Our Chinese, Japanese, and Korean students explored the basics of latte art, learning how proper milk steaming, pouring techniques, and patience can turn every cup into something special. Under the guidance of Chef May and Chef JC, they continued to build confidence and appreciation for the craft of coffee-making.

Great job, future baristas! Keep practicing, keep pouring, and keep creating art in every cup.

Our students put their skills into action as they prepared colorful and flavorful dishes — Ratatouille and Chopsuey. From proper preparation to cooking techniques and presentation, every activity helps them build confidence, discipline, and real kitchen experience.

Barista B20 in action!

Yesterday’s class was all about Manual Brewing with the guidance of Sir Robert Kiswa. Our trainees did the activity by group, giving everyone the chance to try, practice, and understand the proper process of brewing coffee manually.

From learning the right techniques to enjoying every step of the activity, Barista B20 showed teamwork, focus, and excitement in discovering the art behind every cup. Great job, future baristas!

Today’s Barista class started their Manual Brewing lesson!

Guided by Sir Robert Kiswa, our students explored the fundamentals of manual coffee brewing—from understanding coffee aroma and grind size to proper weighing, pouring, extraction, and brewing techniques.

This hands-on session helps our future baristas develop precision, patience, and appreciation for every cup they create. Great job, Barista trainees!

Today’s Commercial Cooking NC II learning focused on vegetable cookery, creativity, and proper food presentation!

Under the guidance of Chef Dex, our students practiced preparing vegetable-based dishes such as Ratatouille and Chopsuey, while developing their skills in proper cutting techniques, cooking methods, flavor balance, plating, and presentation.
