As part of their preparation for the Student Exchange Program at Khon Kaen University, our students will undergo a comprehensive Pre-Departure Orientation and Preparatory Activity designed to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to thrive in an international setting.

Through meaningful sessions, expert insights from faculty members, and inspiring experiences shared by SIHTM alumni who are recipients of the KKU Student Exchange Program, our students will be empowered to become more confident, culturally aware, and globally competitive individuals.

✈️UB DEPLOYS SIHTM STUDENTS FOR THE IOJT PROGRAM IN GRAND HYATT HONG KONG🇭🇰

The University of Baguio proudly congratulates the 27 students who are officially departing on May 27, 2026, on their official 6-month deployment at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Representing the university’s International On-The-Job Training (IOJT) program for 2026. ✨

From May to November of 2026, the third (3rd) batch of student delegates, along with their accompanying faculty representative, Ms. Joan Florague, deploy from the School of International Hospitality and Tourism Management (SIHTM) and set forth to gain valuable and broader perspectives in real-world experience through proven techniques and practices, along with the world-class culture and professional environments and cultural immersion set forth in Hong Kong. Coming from the specialized programs of:

🔸Hospitality Management with specialization in Professional Culinary Arts
🔸Tourism Management with specialization in International Tourism

This form serves as your enrollment form. Once you accomplish this, the Dean’s Office Staff/Enrollment Adviser/s will now enroll the subjects registered in the Google Form during the Enrollment Period (May 25 - 30). Thus, check you portal if subjects have already been registered.

Please allow at least 2-3 days after submission for the Office Staff incharge to enroll your subject/s. Please consider the long queue even in online transactions.

OTHER REMINDERS:

1. Check your account in the AMS PORTAL. Once subjects have already been enrolled, please pay immediately thru the payment gateway provided in the portal or thru the UB cashier's office to secure the slots and for you to be officially enrolled. Otherwise, subjects may automatically be deleted from your portal, or if it remains, you are not officially enrolled, thus will not be allowed to attend classes.
