With the approval of Ma'am Soledad E. Copsiyan, under the guidance of our SSLG Adviser, Joemar L. Capinlac, and through the leadership of Mai Angel G. Espada, SSLG President, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government successfully conducted Project 4P’s: Pagpapaunlad sa Pagbasa at Pagsulat ay Pauswagin as part of its community service initiative.
One of the most meaningful parts of our journey was being able to give back to the community through this project. The activity aimed to help young learners improve their reading and writing skills while encouraging them to develop a love for learning.
Through patience, dedication, and teamwork, the volunteers spent time guiding the children, teaching them basic reading and writing, and supporting them as they practiced and learned new things. Seeing their smiles, curiosity, and eagerness to learn reminded us why education is truly important. Every word they read and every sentence they wrote became a small step toward a brighter future.
This experience was not only beneficial for the children but also for us as volunteers. It taught us the value of service, compassion, and the importance of sharing knowledge with others. Being able to inspire young minds and contribute to their learning journey is something we will always cherish.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the community of Padre Zamora, together with the support of the barangay officials headed by Hon. Joseph Basinga, and to be part of a project that promotes education and growth. This initiative shows that even small acts of kindness and dedication can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
To the children who participated, thank you for your enthusiasm, your smiles, and for reminding us that learning can be joyful and powerful. May you continue to dream big, keep learning, and believe in your abilities.

A night of elegance, joy, and unforgettable memories! 🌟 The Grade 12 learners of Pines City National High School – Senior High School celebrated one of the most meaningful milestones of their academic journey with laughter, heartfelt speeches, lively music, and beautiful moments that will forever remain in their hearts.
This successful celebration was made possible through unity, dedication, and teamwork. The Grade 12 learners extend their deepest gratitude to our supportive teachers who stayed and guided us throughout the event, including those who served as judges and generously shared their time and expertise.
Special thanks to Sir Danilo P. Gayao, PhD, Secondary School Principal IV, and Ma’am Soledad E. Copsiyan, Head Teacher-in-Charge, for allowing this memorable event to happen and for their unwavering support.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The SSLG Committee successfully carried out Week 3 of the project yesterday February 14, 2026 at Barangay Zamora, continuing our mission to help young learners grow in knowledge and confidence.

The session started with an Opening Prayer, setting a positive and grateful atmosphere for everyone. This was followed by a short get-to-know each other, allowing the volunteers and children to connect more and build a comfortable learning environment. An energizer was facilitated before diving into the lesson proper.

The focus for this week was Mathematics, where learners were guided through basic math lessons suited to their level. After the discussion, they actively participated in a fun and engaging activity to apply what they learned. The program concluded with a closing prayer and a well-deserved break time, leaving the children smiling and inspired.

The 𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆, 𝐘𝐄𝐒-𝐎, 𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐇, 𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐊, 𝐇𝐔𝐌𝐒𝐒, 𝐌𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐇, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐎 𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐁 successfully held their booths, each bringing something creative and unique for everyone to enjoy. From fun games to sweet surprises, learners truly had the best time going around and trying every activity.

It may have been a little chaotic at times, but that’s what made it even more lively and memorable! The smiles, cheers, and positive energy everywhere showed how successful the event was.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | The SSLG Committee successfully continued program through Week 2 of the project at 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮, 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The activity began as the barangay kagawads gathered the children at the Barangay Hall, followed by an opening prayer and the introduction of the SSLG volunteers and children. An energizer was first facilitated to boost the children’s energy and focus. Afterwards, proceeds to storytelling and questions. To ensure effective learning, the children were grouped according to their level kindergarten and elementary learners. The kindergarten learners were guided in basic reading and writing activities, helping them recognize letters, words, and practice proper writing. Meanwhile, the elementary learners engaged in reading exercises and basic mathematics activities to further strengthen their comprehension and numeracy skills.
