In order to grow as a multi-talented person, the special child must find support in his immediate family environment and extended community. Seminars and other informational programs will offer increased support to the family. Additionally, to create more ease of access for families of special children, A Child’s DREAM aspires to consolidate all associations, therapeutic options, and treatment methods available. A Child’s DREAM envisions care for each special child that mobilizes efforts of the entire community. Just as each child is responsible to society, so is society responsible to each child. The impact of the child who grows into a healthy and productive citizen is immeasurable.
