For the first time ever, under the theme "Grounding Theory in Ethical Reality," SEA-wide Hardhatting and Pinning Ceremony unfolded. As the spirit of achievement filled the very air within Prince Bernhard Gym, it echoed yet another milestone for thousands of aspiring professionals.

At long last, the era of hands-on practical learning has arrived. After years of navigating numerous calculations, complex simulations, and intricate designs, these theoretical concepts have now finally transformed into actual and tangible results.

This is a catalytic moment for a chemical engineering student. Amidst a sea of pristine white helmets, the 58 Chemical Engineering students stood at the feed point of their OJT. Much like feeding raw materials into a reactor, the output may not be equal to the input, yet the process was carefully controlled to ensure an increased yield of skills and knowledge.

Worn with honor and pride, the hard hat and pins signify the beginning of a promising new chapter. As they look back, memories of struggles, sleepless nights, and tears, alongside the sacrifices, dedication and perseverance they poured into every step. Truly embodying the message shared during the Eucharistic celebration: " In everything we do, we do it out of love," they stand ready to be officially called—Engineers.
