As we mark the 128th Philippine Independence Day, this truth rings true for everyone gathered: CSC Officers, Criminology & Forensic Interns, ROTC, faculty members, and personnel from RMFB 15. Through a road run and meaningful seminar, we honored the courage of those who came before us.
