Baguio Central University wishes to inform our students, faculty, and personnel regarding the upcoming suspension of classes and work on the following date:

December 1, 2025 (12:00 NOON ONWARDS)
Classes and Work Suspended: All Levels (Starting at 12:00 NOON)

Due to the City-wide participation in the 2025 Lantern Parade and Christmas Lighting Ceremonies as per Executive Order 162 by the City Government of Baguio, aimed at facilitating the success of the festivities and alleviating traffic congestion.

𝗠𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗦 𝗕𝗖𝗨 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 | The most friendly of them all, Candidate no. 1 Rey Marvic Runes of the College of Business Administration (CBA) and Candidate No. 12, Mira Puckett of the Junior High School are the BCU’s Mr. and Ms. Congeniality.

𝗠𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗦 𝗕𝗖𝗨 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 | Impressed the press, Candidate no. 7 Joshua Comesario of the College of Teacher Education and Liberal Arts (CTELA) and Candidate no. 12, Mira Puckett of the Junior High School BCU’s Mr. and Ms. Darling of the Press.

𝗠𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗦 𝗕𝗖𝗨 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 | With an average 90.08% Mr BCU 3rd runner up is Mr. Junior High School (JHS). While an average of 90.66% Ms BCU 3rd runner up is Ms. Senior High School (SHS)

Here are the lineup of activities for our 80th Founding Anniversary

𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐚 𝐰𝐫𝐚𝐩!
The Baguio Central University Junior High School Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts successfully held their Overnight Backyard Camping activity last November 7 & 8, filled with fun, learning, and the true spirit of scouting!

Throughout the two-day camp, our young scouts participated in a series of informative and skill-building sessions, including:
𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 – where they learned basic life-saving techniques and emergency preparedness;
𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 – enhancing their practical scouting knowledge and outdoor skills; and
𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 – inspiring teamwork, confidence, and responsibility among participants.

In anticipation of the severe weather conditions and potential risks posed by Super Typhoon UWAN, and in compliance with the local government and national directives for the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), the Baguio Central University hereby announces the suspension of all classes and work on the following dates:
