𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐅𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐒 𝐎𝐍 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄

The Baguio Central University Junior High School Department celebrated Stress Awareness Month with a mini activity, "𝑷𝒐𝒑 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒖𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔". Led by the interns from President Ramon Magsaysay State University, Ms. April Doble and Ms. Mariekris Rolls helped the students release stress from the incoming exams and stress from their identified insecurity. Using a list, students identified their insecurities and popped the balloon with its corresponding color.

It was a loud day indeed! Students of different grade levels engaged in the activity, some more excited and passionate than others. The stress was expressed! Some were proud of identifying their insecurity and some were secretive about it. Nonetheless, it was a fun day for all, alleviating a little bit of pressure from the daily tasks.

Our 3rd and last rotation of internship ends with a blast! Thank you Ms. Mariekris Rolls and Ms. April Doble, from the President Ramon Magsaysay State University, for your service. Your duty has been significant to Baguio Central University. We hope that our institution has helped you grow in your journey.

Your short time spent here was not only helpful to the university but also to the students as well!
