Meet Sir Silver, one of our brilliant trainers here at Medline International Training Institute!

Handling subjects across Healthcare Services NC II and Caregiving NC II, Sir Silver’s absolute favorite areas to teach are Psychiatric Nursing and Management of Common Illnesses. 🧠🩺

For him, teaching healthcare isn't just about technical skills—it's about instilling empathy, critical thinking, and emotional resilience.

✨ A Journey of Unexpected Paths

Would you believe that neither nursing nor teaching was Sir Silver’s original dream? In high school, he aspired to be a magazine writer or journalist! Later on, life pivoted toward nursing, and eventually toward education during the pandemic. Though hesitant at first, he discovered a hidden passion through the appreciation of Medline students and colleagues.
