This initiative aims to gather studentsโ€™ experiences and assess the accessibility, appropriateness, and viability of flexible learning arrangements amid the ongoing energy crisis. The results will help guide timely policy and operational responses for the higher education sector.

Classes will resume at 10:30 AM today, February 16, 2026.

Following the earthquake that occurred earlier today, the University immediately conducted a comprehensive inspection of all classrooms and facilities to ensure the safety of the academic community.

After careful assessment, all UC buildings have been declared structurally sound and safe for occupancy.
Please be guided accordingly.
