From challenges that tested their limits to moments that demanded unwavering determination, these remarkable individuals have proven what it truly means to lead with courage, resilience, and honor. Every early morning formation, every demanding training, and every obstacle along the way became stepping stones toward this achievement. Through discipline, sacrifice, and commitment, they have successfully completed their journey in Military Science 3 and have emerged stronger, wiser, and ready to serve as leaders in their respective paths. Held at the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Rodriguez-Santos BSP Campsite, the Military Science 3 training provided an environment that fostered leadership, teamwork, discipline, and resilience, qualities that these graduates proudly carry with them today.

Today, we celebrate not only their graduation but also the character, integrity, and perseverance they demonstrated throughout the program. Their accomplishment stands as an inspiration to every cadet who dares to dream, strive, and excel.

We are honored to stand alongside the 321st NSR Batangas, fellow uniformed personnel, government officials, partner organizations, and members of the community, in commemorating the 128th Anniversary of Philippine Independence. We proudly paid tribute to the courage, sacrifices, and patriotism of our Filipino heroes.

This event served as a reminder of the importance of unity, responsible citizenship, and nation-building as we continue to uphold the values of patriotism and public service.

The various campuses of Batangas State University – The National Engineering University united at the 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 to hold a 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 for their NROTC components. It was a proud milestone for the cadets and cadettes representing the 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐧, 𝐏𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐨 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧, 𝐋𝐢𝐩𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 as they celebrated their shared dedication, rigorous training, and the successful completion of the program.

The festivities opened with a formal 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 dedicated to University President 𝐃𝐑. 𝐓𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐎 𝐀. 𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐎, who was joined by 𝐋𝐂𝐃𝐑 𝐉𝐄-𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐃 𝐕 𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐍 and 𝐏𝟎𝟑 𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐊𝐈𝐓 𝐌 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐙 𝐏𝐍(𝐑𝐞𝐬). 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬 were rendered during the event, spearheaded by the NROTCU Lipa Campus Corps Commander, 𝐌𝐖/𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐒𝐎 𝐉𝐔𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐘𝐍 𝐋 𝐎-𝟏𝐂𝐋.

Demonstrating strict military bearing and tactical precision, the Alpha and Bravo Companies marched alongside their respective platoon leaders and officers. Transitioning to the indoor program at the university gymnasium, the formal proceedings opened with the Entrance of Colors, an Invocation by 𝐀𝐒𝐍 𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒 𝐂 𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐎𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐍, and an opening address from 𝐏𝟎𝟑 𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐊𝐈𝐓 𝐌 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐙 𝐏𝐍(𝐑𝐞𝐬). This was followed by the 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 for the Advance Officers and the commencement rites for the Basic Naval Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Class of 2025–2026, overseen by 𝐃𝐑. 𝐓𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐎 𝐀. 𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐎, 𝐋𝐂𝐃𝐑 𝐉𝐄-𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐃 𝐕 𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐍, and the rest of the command staff.

The final phase of the ceremony included the presentation and official confirmation of the graduates, the distribution of military medals to the deserving NS 31–32 and NS 41–42 student-officers, and a motivational speech by 𝐃𝐑. 𝐓𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐎 𝐀. 𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐎. The event formally concluded with the proud rendition of the Philippine Navy Hymn and the Batangas State University Hymn.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Flag Raising Ceremony

𝟐𝟓𝟎𝟔𝟒𝟓𝐇 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. Incoming officers proudly led the Flag Raising Ceremony at 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 — 𝗟𝗶𝗽𝗮 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀. The ceremony started at 0645H with the Invocation, followed by Lupang Hinirang, Panatang Makabayan, Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas, Panata sa Bagong Pilipinas, Bagong Pilipinas Hymn, Red Spartan Pledge and the BatStateU Hymn.

The speaker, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐁. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐚𝐧, shared an inspiring message about excellence. He began by explaining that many people think excellence is only for those who achieve high grades and receive awards. However, in reality, excellence is not about being perfect, it is about showing up and doing your best. He explained that excellence means finishing your tasks even when you are tired and struggling. It is choosing to keep going even when you are unsure of the outcome. He also advised the students that excellence is not about being better than others, but about becoming better than who you were yesterday. At the end of the day, excellence is simply about doing your best, even when it is not easy.

As the Flag Raising ended, proper dismissal was conducted marking the succes of the ceremony.

She explained that integrity is more than just being honest in school or avoiding cheating, because in real life, a person’s conscience and principles are constantly tested. Through her work in accounting and government service, she learned that mistakes, discrepancies, and responsibilities should never be ignored, as every document, report, and peso entrusted to them matters.

She also emphasized that integrity means being consistent and balanced as a person, whether in front of others or behind closed doors. In a time when corruption and dishonesty are common issues, she reminded everyone that many government employees still choose to stand for what is right and serve with honesty and dedication. Although doing the right thing may not always receive recognition or applause, true fulfillment comes from knowing that you gave your best, fulfilled your responsibilities, and can rest peacefully with a clean conscience.

𝟏𝟔𝟎𝟔𝟎𝟎𝐇 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | The morning commenced with the formal 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐬 for the Arrival of the Official Party, followed by the disciplined 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 by the 𝟑𝟎𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔 𝐋𝐢𝐩𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬.

The program opened with a solemn 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 by 𝐒𝐍𝟐 𝐉𝐀𝐍𝐋𝐘 𝐎 𝐕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐏𝐍(𝐑𝐄𝐒) and the singing of the Philippine National Anthem. The NSTP Head of BSU Lipa Campus, 𝐂𝐏𝐎 𝐄𝐋𝐕𝐈𝐒 𝐁 𝐋𝐔𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐒 𝐏𝐍 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), set the stage with a warm Welcome and 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞.

The 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 by 𝐂𝐏𝐎 𝐀𝐋𝐕𝐈𝐍 𝐁 𝐕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐍 and 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 by 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐓𝐎 𝐏 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐀 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐏𝐍 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) marked the official recognition of the cadets and cadettes achievements. This was followed by the 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬, aided by 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐓𝐎 𝐏 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐀 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐏𝐍 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) and 𝐂𝐏𝐎 𝐀𝐋𝐕𝐈𝐍 𝐁 𝐕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐍.

The audience was treated to a precision 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥 by the 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐧, showcasing the height of naval discipline. Following the drill, 𝐋𝐂𝐃𝐑 𝐉𝐄-𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐃 𝐕 𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐍, Assistant Commandant, introduced our distinguished 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫.

𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐓𝐎 𝐏 𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐀 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐏𝐍(𝐆𝐒𝐂) delivered the 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫, challenging the new graduates to carry their training into their future endeavors with honor.
The ceremony concluded with the powerful final 𝐄𝐱𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬. Congratulations to the new NROTCU Lipa Campus graduates!
